Is there a long-term contract?

No. You pay for TestSenz month-to-month and can close your account at any time. If you cancel, your last bill will be for the current month. We cannot refund for partial months.

Is the free account really free?

Yes. There are no hidden fees or gotchas of any kind. This is a great way to try out the service on a single project.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept payment only through PayPal, though you do not need a PayPal account to use this facility. You can make a payment using an existing PayPal account or with any of the major credit cards. We cannot accept purchase orders, issue invoices, or take orders over the phone.
